IDYLL - Prototype finalization
A global documentary in snow globe format: What does snow mean to us?
Our IDYLL project is a documentary AR intervention that raises questions about climate change and nature: How much nature do we want to allow? What kind of nature fits into our way of life? The research material for the AR experience consists of landscape photographs, postcard motifs, and documentary interviews with people on several continents about their experiences with snow.
Over the past few weeks and months, we have continued to work on IDYLL, creating additional content for it and exploring its technical feasibility. The implementation of the content has now been finalized. We present the project in the gold extra Studio on Dec 17, 6pm and plan to present IDYLL at an exhibition in Salzburg in the first half of 2026, followed by another presentation in Vienna in September 2026.
